The problem
Sadly, over the last two decades, there has been a cut in funding for youth services in the UK. We’re seeing problems such as a lack of purpose in society, increasing identity crisis, increasing crime, increasing external validation through social media, increasing narcissistic behaviour, the break-down of family units, war, lockdowns, Covid-19 isolation, mental health crisis and so much more. The world is a very intense place to live in and can cause confusion for people to live in.
How we can help
We also aim to improve society at Create Gen as well as being a media agency. Historically people were polymaths and had skills in many areas which they utilised to develop their purpose, identity and society.
Now many of our talents are hidden or suppressed due to many factors, which need to be uprooted and our potential to become reality. We cherish the multiple layers that people have and believe that creativity and personal development go hand-in-hand. We’re living in a face paced world with mass information, it can confuse people and waste their time, instead on focusing it on building their personality – we can end up getting lost in the fog.
Our workshops
We want to help give back to the community with our specific holistic workshops and interventions to help people create better lives. By helping being enhance their creativity and problem-solving skills we aim to help people build their confidence in themselves, and develop their purpose in life.
Our engaging workshops will include topics such as:

- Becoming present and living a wholesome life
